CoachPlus is used by educational institutes including those serving minors (students under 18). Student accounts are created by institute administrators acting as data fiduciaries. Parents of minors enrolled may contact their institute (or us directly at support@coachplusapp.com) to exercise consent withdrawal or data deletion rights for their children.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany (European Union). This means personal data collected in India is transferred to, and stored in, Germany. Some service providers (email, SMS, payments, analytics) may also process data in other countries.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management. If you accept analytics cookies on our website, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Website forms protected by Google reCAPTCHA may set Google cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising.
