Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every new institute gets a 3 months trial with PRO features, no credit card required. After the trial you stay free for up to 100 students, and pay only when you want the paid features or more students.
How is a "student" counted?
By active students in your account — not staff, parents or past students. You can archive inactive students any time, and they stop counting.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade whenever you like; the new plan applies as soon as payment is confirmed, and your data carries over untouched.
What does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves 17% versus paying monthly — roughly two months free. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No. Data migration and founder-led setup are included for our first 100 institutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, wallets and netbanking via Razorpay. Stripe and PayPal for global institutes are rolling out.
