How is a "student" counted?
By active students in your account — not staff, parents or past students. You can archive inactive students any time, and they stop counting.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes are prorated, and your data carries over untouched.
What does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves 20% versus paying monthly. Founding-100 institutes also lock today's price for life.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No. Data migration and founder-led setup are included for our first 100 institutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
