Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is training delivered in person by a live trainer — classroom sessions, workshops and hands-on labs. It is well suited to complex, interactive or high-stakes topics where discussion and practice matter.
Why it matters
ILT drives engagement and deep practice, but it is harder to scale than self-paced e-learning — so many programs blend the two.
