Kirkpatrick Model

A four-level model for evaluating training effectiveness.

What is Kirkpatrick Model?

The Kirkpatrick Model evaluates training across four levels: Reaction (did they like it?), Learning (did they learn?), Behaviour (did they apply it?), and Results (did it impact the business?). It is the most widely used framework for measuring training effectiveness.

Why it matters

It pushes evaluation beyond "did they finish?" toward whether training actually changed behaviour and results.
