What is LXP (Learning Experience Platform)?
A Learning Experience Platform (LXP) emphasises learner-driven discovery, recommendations and content from many sources — a more "Netflix-like" experience than a traditional, top-down LMS. Many modern platforms blend LMS structure with LXP-style discovery.
Why it matters
An LXP can drive engagement and self-directed learning, while an LMS handles assignment, compliance and tracking. Most teams want elements of both.
