🎯 The challenge
Brilliant Minds had 320 MHT-CET aspirants and a chronic problem: 28% of students were 60+ days late on quarterly fees. The admin team was making 40 reminder calls a week. Some families just couldn't pay ₹35,000 in one shot, but the institute had no clean way to offer EMIs without spreadsheet chaos.
⚡ The solution
Enabled the EMI plan engine — families could split fees across 3, 6, or 9 months. WhatsApp templates auto-fired at T−7, T−3, T−1, and T+0. Parents got a payment link they tapped to pay via UPI. Defaulters showed up in the daily ops dashboard so the team called only the genuine cases.
