EduTech Mumbai started with one centre in Andheri and 180 CA students. Their growth ambition was 4 branches by year-end, but the back-office was already breaking — duplicate student records across spreadsheets, no per-branch P&L, and faculty payroll calculated manually. The founder was personally signing 60 fee receipts a week.

Rolled out CoachPlus with branch-level isolation from day one. Each branch head got scoped access to only their data; the founder got the consolidated dashboard. GST-compliant invoices auto-generated. Razorpay Smart Routing split collections by branch. Faculty payroll exports went straight to Tally.
